This year at Presidio Exchange, I was recognized as the Contact Center Solutions Architect of the Year and for Presidio Total Experience Forward Thinking. I have been challenged to solution out “technically possible” to a point where competing vendor SAs involved were amused with the creativity of crossing products to solve customer challenges.
One of the coolest things I worked on this year was creating life-like digital avatars. This led directly to my Vice President’s avatar talking about bourbon to a packed auditorium at Presidio Exchange!
