The thing I enjoy most about Presidio Exchange is the opportunity to learn from some of the smartest folks around and make new connections. Every year I leave with new friends, new ideas, and new perspectives, along with a renewed appreciation for the expertise that exists throughout our teams.
This year was a little different for me. Instead of sitting in the audience, I was back as a presenter, sharing a topic that has been at the center of so many customer conversations over the last year: AI.
In our session, “AI Connected Workspace: Where Every Conversation Gets Smarter,” Sean Gazaway and Mike Muscat explored how AI is being integrated across collaboration, and Kevin Todd and I spoke about AI in the contact center.
The focus was about understanding the differences between two of our major platform solutions and how we can help our customers understand and adopt these new capabilities.
On the collaboration side, Sean and Mike shared how AI is changing the way we communicate, meet, and work together across modern UC platforms. On the contact center side, Kevin and I spoke to how Cisco Webex Contact Center and Zoom Contact Center are approaching AI, how they differ, and what their futures hold.
There are plenty of data sheets and marketing decks that cover feature lists, but what I hope makes a difference is talking through real-world use cases and practical adoption paths for our customers. The technology is exciting and constantly shifting, but the main value comes from solving problems by improving experiences and helping people work smarter.
It was an honor to present at an event that has provided so much value to me over the years. A huge thank you to my co-presenters and to everyone who attended the session, asked questions, and shared their own perspectives and experiences.
